Note: This is a starter draft, not a lawyer-reviewed document. Given this product connects to real funded trading accounts and involves financial risk, have this reviewed by an attorney, ideally one familiar with your jurisdiction's rules around automated trading tools and subscription billing, before you rely on it.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayBot subscription service (the "Service") operated by Trading With Robots LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of service

PlayBot is an automated trading tool that executes trades on funded and evaluation accounts held with participating prop trading firms, based on a predetermined rule set. The Service requires you to independently maintain a TradingView subscription and a trade-copying subscription; these are not included and are billed separately by their respective providers.

You are solely responsible for your trading account. PlayBot executes trades on your behalf, but you remain fully responsible for monitoring your account, complying with your prop firm's rules, and any resulting gains or losses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated trading tools complies with your prop firm's terms of service and applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

The Service is billed as a subscription. Your first month is offered at a discounted introductory price when using a valid promo code; subsequent months renew at the then-current standard rate ($399/month unless otherwise stated) until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Refund policy

Except as required by law, payments made for the Service are non-refundable, including your introductory first-month payment. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at ty@tradingwithrobots.com and we'll review it.

6. No guarantee of results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including any results shown on our website or marketing materials, is not indicative of future results and does not guarantee similar performance for your account. We make no representation or warranty regarding profitability. Nothing in the Service or our communications constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and Trading With Robots LLC is not a registered investment adviser or commodity trading advisor.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The rule set, logic, and methodology behind PlayBot are proprietary to Trading With Robots LLC. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or attempt to derive the underlying trading logic, rules, or strategy behind PlayBot.
Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any part of it to a third party.
Use the Service to build, train, or inform a competing product.
Share your account access or purchased materials with anyone outside your own use.
Use the Service in a way that violates any prop firm's terms, or for any unlawful purpose.

All content on our website and in the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and the PlayBot rule set itself, is owned by or licensed to Trading With Robots LLC. Unauthorized use may result in suspension of your account and, where appropriate, legal action.

8. Errors and corrections

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information, including in pricing, performance figures, or descriptions. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update content at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical failures.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading With Robots LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trading With Robots LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: your use or misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or your prop firm's rules; or any trading activity conducted on your account.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
