Trading futures and using automated trading tools carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every trader. You should not use PlayBot, or trade at all, with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. No guarantee of profit

Nothing on our website, in our marketing materials, or in our communications is a promise or guarantee of profit. Payout amounts and results shown on our site reflect specific, individual funded accounts and are not representative of typical or average results. Past performance, including any figures shown, is not indicative of future results and does not guarantee similar performance for your account.

2. Automated trading risk

PlayBot executes trades automatically according to a predetermined rule set. Automated trading carries risks distinct from manual trading, including but not limited to:

Technical failure, including connectivity loss, platform outages, or execution delays between PlayBot, TradingView, your trade-copying service, and your prop firm's platform.
Market conditions changing faster than the rule set can adapt.
Errors in configuration or settings applied by you or on your behalf.
The possibility that a rule set profitable in past or forward-testing conditions performs differently, including unprofitably, in current or future market conditions.

3. Not financial advice

Trading With Robots LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any trading or financial decision.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading account, including monitoring PlayBot's activity, ensuring compliance with your prop firm's rules and any applicable law, and deciding how much capital to risk. We do not have discretionary control over your funds and do not take custody of your assets.

5. Prop firm relationships

Trading With Robots LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop trading firm named on our website. All prop firm names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Compatibility with a given firm's platform does not imply that firm's endorsement of PlayBot, and prop firms may change their policies on automated trading tools at any time, which may affect your account.

6. No liability for trading losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading With Robots LLC, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of PlayBot or reliance on any information provided on our website.
